沿病变腰椎神经支配区域电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后残余症状临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察沿病变腰椎神经支配区域实施电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症行椎间孔镜术后残余症状的临床疗效。方法选取2018年8月-2019年9月收治的腰椎间盘突出症行椎间孔镜术后且出现残余症状的病例120例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组予常规综合理疗和普通体针治疗,治疗组除常规综合理疗外,还安排了电针方法治疗,分别对两组别病患按照治疗前、术后当天、术后1周、术后2周、术后4周、术后8周、术后12周采集相关数据进行统计学分析,采用VAS、ODI评分系统进行量化并行统计学分析。结果两组别病患治疗后,术后残余症状均得到不同程度缓解,但治疗组残余症状缓解明显快于对照组,病患所需承受的病痛时长明显缩短。结论沿病变腰椎神经支配区域实施电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症行椎间孔镜术后残余症状的方法明显优于传统治疗,且可重复性强,易于掌握并获得良好效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on residual symptoms of lumbar innervation area treated by electroacupuncture for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation under intervertebral foraminal endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 120 cases of lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 with residual symptoms after intervertebral foramoscope were selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into treatment group and control group,each with 60 cases.The control group received conventional comprehensive physical therapy and general acupuncture treatment.In addition to physical therapy,the treatment group also received electroacupuncture treatment.Research data in two groups were collected before treatment,on the day after surgery,1 week after surgery,2 weeks after surgery,4 weeks after surgery,8 weeks after surgery,and 12 weeks after surgery.VAS and ODI scoring systems were used for quantification and statistical analysis.Results After postoperative treatment,the residual symptoms in two groups were alleviated to varying degrees,but the relief was significantly faster in the treatment group than in the control group,which significantly reduced the length of pain patients needed to endure.Conclusions For the treatment of residual symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation under intervertebral foraminal endoscopic surgery,electroacupuncture exhibits significantly superior efficacy than conventional treatment.Since it is highly repeatable and easy to master and obtain superior results,it is worthy of clinical application.
