摘 要:目的分析电子心力测量法无创心排量检测在脓毒血症患者早期心功能监测的应用。方法选择2016年1月-2019年5月所收治的急诊监护患者75例作为研究对象,其中脓毒血症患者40例,非脓毒血症患者35例。两组患者均采用电子心力测量法无创心排量检测心功能。对比两组患者的心功能监测指标。结果脓毒血症患者在入院时和入院24 h其心脏指数、心肌收缩指数、每博变异率及PCT值均存在明显差异,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子心力测量法无创心排量检测在脓毒血症患者早期心功能监测的应用效果显著,能够准确评判患者的心脏功能及对液体治疗反应性。Objective To analyze the application of electrical impedance method in detecting cardiac function in patients with sepsis.Methods From January 2016 to May 2019,75 cases of emergency care patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,including sepsis patients in 40 cases,non sepsis patients in 35 cases.Two groups of patients were measured by electrical impedance method to detect cardiac function.Comparison of two groups of patients with cardiac function monitoring indicators.Results There were significant differences in cardiac index,myocardial contractile index,per Bo variation rate and PCT value in patients with sepsis at admission and 24 hours.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of electrical impedance method in the early detection of cardiac function in patients with sepsis is significant,and can accurately evaluate the cardiac function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
