大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术后高压治疗型医用弹力长袜护理应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术后高压治疗型医用弹力长袜护理应用效果。方法选取接受大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术治疗的患者176例,选取时间为2017年8月-2018年7月,随机将所有的患者分为两组,其中对照组患者接受常规弹力绷带加压包扎进行康复治疗,观察组患者接受高压治疗型医用弹力长袜进行康复治疗。结果观察组患者的疼痛评分为(2.21±0.19)分、住院时间为(1.19±0.12)d,与对照组患者的疼痛评分和住院时间对比,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组患者的并发症发生率为5.68%,与对照组患者的并发症发生率对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论患者在接受大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术后,给予其高压治疗型医用弹力长袜治疗,可以降低患者的疼痛感,减少并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of high-pressure therapeutic medical elastic stockings after high ligation and exfoliation.Methods A total of 176 patients who underwent high saphenous vein ligation and stripping in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were randomly selected from August 2017 to July 18,2017.All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received conventional elasticity.The bandage was pressure-wrapped for rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received high-pressure therapeutic medical elastic stockings for rehabilitation treatment.Results The pain scores of the observation group were(2.21±0.19)points and the hospitalization time was(1.19±0.12)d.Compared with the pain scores and hospitalization time of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were concurrent.The incidence rate was 5.68%,which was significantly different from the complication rate of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions After receiving high saphenous vein ligation and stripping,patients with high-pressure therapeutic medical elastic stockings can reduce the pain of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of popularization and application.
