摘　　要：习近平总书记非常重视大学生基层就业工作,通过主旨演讲、交流座谈、信件回复等多种渠道发表关于青年扎根基层就业成才的新观点新理论,提出推进大学生面向基层建功立业的多种实践路径,既符合大学生的成长特点与需求,又指明新时期基层就业工作的方向和任务,为促进大学生树立正确的就业观'成才观提供根本遵循,是新时期做好青年学生基层就业工作的思想指南和行动纲领。General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to the employment of college students of Rural Revitalization by delivering speeches and instructions through discussions,letters and replies.Apprehension and digging Xi Jinping’s thought of college students’employment of rural revitalization seriously,explore its essence,grasp its context has very important theory value and practical significance.Such as guide students to establish correct under the new situation and growth are greatly view,expand the grassroots employment space and path,ease college students employment structural contradiction,to carry out the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development goals.
