摘　　要：通过对第三代红霉素进行结构修饰,找到新型抗耐药菌的大环内酯类抗生素有十分重要的现实意义。综述了第三代红霉素—酮内酯结构修饰的研究进展及酮内酯药物结构与抗耐药菌活性间的关系。Through the structural modification of the third generation erythromycin,it is of great practical significance to find a novel type of macrolide antibiotic against resistant bacteria.In this paper,the research progress of structure modification of the third generation erythromycin ketolactone and the relationship between ketolactone drug structure and the activity of resistant bacteria were reviewed.
