摘  要:针对空基光电跟踪平台可见光变焦镜头进行光机结构设计及光机热集成分析。依据跟踪镜头-20~50℃的温度适应性指标要求,对变焦镜头进行光机集成分析。首先,建立了变焦镜头的有限元模型。其次,采用Patran软件对光机系施加温度载荷计算镜头的热弹性变形,利用Nastran软件计算个各光学元件镜面节点变形后的点云刚体位移。最后,采用Sigfit光机接口软件分析温度载荷工况下各光学组件镜面Zernike系数,将分析结果导入Zemax中考核镜片面型变化以及刚体位移变化对MTF的影响。分析结果表明:在-20~50℃的温度载荷下,光学系统全视场的MTF@100 lp/mm值均大于0.3,满足技术指标要求。最后通过温度可靠性实验对变焦镜头的温度适应能力以及光机集成分析准确性进行实验。In this paper,the optomechanical structure design and optomechanical thermal integration analysis of the visible-light zoom lens of the space-based photoelectric tracking platform are carried out.According to the temperature adaptability index of the tracking lens:-20~50℃,the optical integration analysis of zoom lens is carried out.Firstly,the finite element model of zoom lens is established.Secondly,the thermoelastic deformation of the lens is calculated by applying temperature load to the optical system with Patran software,Nastran software is used to calculate the displacement point clouds of the mirror nodes of each optical element before and after deformation.Secondly,the Zernike coefficient and rigid body displacement of each component are analyzed by using Sigfit opto-mechanica interface software.The analysis results are imported into Zemax to evaluate the influence of lens surface shape change and rigid body displacement change on MTF.The analysis results show that the MTF@100 lp/mm values of the optical system under the temperature load of-20~50℃are all greater than 0.2,meeting the technical requirements.Through the temperature reliability experiment,the temperature adaptability of the zoom lens is tested.Finally,the temperature adaptability of zoom lens and the accuracy of optical integration analysis are tested through the temperature reliability experiment.
