疫情对高校毕业生就业的消极影响及对策建议

摘　　要：就业是最大的民生,处于"六稳"之首,事关经济发展和社会稳定大局。新冠肺炎疫情的突然出现、迅速扩散和长时间存在,给高校毕业生就业带来了巨大的持续性消极影响,主要表现在就业机会减少、就业成本增加、求职渠道受阻、就业心理变差和就业质量下降等方面。为将疫情对高校毕业生就业的消极影响降到最低,促进高校毕业生就业,应从多举措增加就业机会、重点补偿特殊毕业生群体就业成本损失、完善求职渠道、加强就业心理咨询服务和提升毕业生就业能力五个方面发力。Employment is the biggest lvlibood of the people,which is at the 1op of the"six stbility'.and is.related to economie developrment and social stability.The sudden appearanee,rapid spread and long-tem eisence of the"Covid-19"epidemic have brought huge and continuous negative impacts on employment for ollege graduates,mainly manifested in reduced employment opportunities,increased employment costs,blocked employment channels.deterioted employment psychology statue and employment Quality degradation and s0 on.In order 10 minimize the negative impact of the epidemic,and promote better employment for college graduates,we should take five measures.That is increasing employment opporunities.compensating the employment ecost loss of poor graduates,widening employment chanmels,strenthing employment psycbological consulting service and enhancing graduates'profesional ability.
