摘　　要：创新创业教育改革是提高大学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力的重要途径,是促进高校毕业生更高质量更充分就业的重要举措。鲁东大学坚持创新引领创业、创业带动就业,把学生参加创新创业竞赛作为深化创新创业教育改革的重要抓手,开创以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改、以赛促创的人才培养新路径,引领大学生实现更高质量更充分就业。The reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to improve the innowative spirit.eatrepreneurship consciousness and innovation&entrepreneursbip ability of university students,and a important measure to promote higher quality and fuller employment of university graduates.Ladong University,adbering 1to the principles of innowation's leading entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship's leading 10 employmeat.takes students'participation in the innovation and entrepreneurship competitin as an important measure to deepen the reform of innowation and entreprencurship education,and has created new ideas of the talents cultivation,ie,promotion of teaching from competitions.promotion of learming from competitinis,s.promotion of teaching rfoming fom competitions and promotion of inovation and entrepreneurship from competitins.so a8 to guide university graduates to achieve higher quality and fller employrment.
