摘 要:目的:探讨一次FATmax强度持续运动与高强度间歇运动(HIIT)对普通年轻男性动脉硬度的急性影响,比较两种运动方式对机体动脉血管硬度的直接作用效果的差异。方法:将30名普通年轻男性(24.20±1.24岁)随机分为两组(每组15人),采用交叉设计,每组分别完成FATmax强度持续跑和90%VO2max强度间歇跑,两次运动之间间隔1周。分别于运动前、运动后5 min、运动后15 min、运动后30min、运动后60 min测试心-踝血管指数(CAVI)、血压、心率等指标。结果:(1)一次FATmax强度持续运动与高强度间歇运动均可导致CAVI明显下降,运动后5 min CAVI显著低于运动前基础值(P<0.001),随后逐渐恢复,运动后15 min、运动后30 min仍低于运动前水平(P<0.01);运动后60 min虽仍低于运动前,但已无显著差异(P>0.05)。两种运动的CAVI在运动前、运动后5 min、运动后15 min、运动后30 min、运动后60 min均无显著差异。(2)两种运动的收缩压在运动后5 min、运动后15 min、运动后30 min、运动后60 min均低于运动前基础值(P<0.05),舒张压相对稳定。两种运动的收缩压和舒张压在运动前、运动后5 min、运动后15 min、运动后30 min、运动后60 min均无显著差异。结论:(1)一次急性FATmax强度持续运动与高强度间歇运动均可降低动脉硬度,且效果至少可持续30 min,二者降低动脉硬度的效果未见差异。(2)一次急性FATmax强度持续运动与高强度间歇运动均可降低机体收缩压,且效果至少可维持1小时,二者降低血压的效果未见差异。Objective To explore and compare the acute effect of the exercise in intensity eliciting maximal fat oxidation(FATmax) intensity continuous training and high intensity intermittent training(HIIT) on the arterial stiffness of healthy youth males. Methods Totally 30 healthy youth males with an average age of 24.20 ± 1.24 were randomly divided into a FATmax group and an HIIT group,each of15. Both groups performed a FATmax continuous running and a 90% VO2 max intensity intermittent running respectively in two separate sessions with an interval of one week. The cardio-ankle vascular index(CAVI),blood pressure and heart rate of both groups were measured before as well as 5,15,30,and 60 minutes after the exercise. Results The average CAVI values of both groups decreased significantly 5 minutes after exercise(P<0.001),and then gradually recovered,but at 15 and 30 minutes after exercise were still lower than those before the exercise(P<0.01). However,the average CAVI value at 60 minutes after exercise was lower than before exercise, but without significant differences(P>0.05). No significant differences in the average CAVI value were found between the groups performing two different exercises at different time points.The average systolic blood pressures at different time points after the exercise were lower than before the exercise(P<0.05),while the average diastolic pressure was relatively stable all the time. No significant differences were found in the average systolic and diastolic blood pressures between the two groups at the different time points. Conclusion Either FATmax continuous exercise or HITT can reduce the arterial stiffness for 30 minutes,without significant differences between each other. The above both exercise can reduce the systolic blood pressure for at least 1 hour,without significant differences between themselves.
