中药灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕研究进展

摘　　要：输卵管阻塞性不孕的发病率有逐年升高的趋势,临床以输卵管通液术、腹腔镜手术及中药灌肠治疗为主。笔者总结中药灌肠疗法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床实验研究,发现临床上多以中西医结合治疗为主,中药灌肠疗法通常联合通液术、腹腔镜手术以及其他中医药疗法治疗。灌肠方所用中药遵循活血化瘀、清热解毒的治则治法。收集的52篇文献中高频出现的灌肠药物有败酱草、莪术、丹参、红藤、三棱、路路通、赤芍、蒲公英,这些药物在输卵管阻塞性不孕的灌肠治疗中占主导地位。目前,灌肠的次数及时间不定,有待后续研究统一灌肠流程及疗程,以利于该疗法在基层的推广应用。The incidence of infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction is increasing year by year.The main clinical treatments for the disease are hydrotubation,laparoscopic surgery and enema of Chinese medicine.The authors summarized the clinical experimental studies of using enema of Chinese medicine in treating infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction and found that the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment is the main clinical treatment.Enema of Chinese medicine is usually combined with hydrotubation,laparoscopic surgery and other therapies of Chinese medicine.The use of herbal medicines in the prescriptions for enema follows the treatment principles of activating blood and resolving stasis,and clearing heat and detoxifying.Among the 52 articles collected,the high-frequency herbal medicines used in enema are Herba Patriniae,Rhizoma Curcumae,Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Caulis Sargentodoxae,Rhizoma Sparganii,Fructus Liquidambaris,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Herba Taraxaci,which play a leading role in the enema treatment of infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction.At present,the number and time of enema are uncertain,so it is necessary to further study the unified process and course of treatment of enema so as to better promote and apply the treatment in the grass-roots level.
