调脂汤治疗混合型高脂血症痰瘀结滞证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察调脂汤治疗混合型高脂血症痰瘀结滞证的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,观察组30例,予自拟调脂汤;对照组30例,予阿托伐他汀钙片,14 d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程,比较2组治疗前后的临床疗效、血脂等变化。结果:治疗后,观察组总疗效为96.43%,对照组为89.66%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.036,P=0.042)。治疗后,观察组总胆固醇及甘油三酯较前改善(P<0.01),对照组总胆固醇较前改善(P<0.01)。2组治疗后总胆固醇、甘油三酯比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论:调脂汤能明显改善混合型高脂血症痰瘀结滞证患者的临床症状,并可有效降低总胆固醇及甘油三酯含量,疗效肯定,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaozhi tang for mixed hyperlipidemia with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The observation group was given self-made Tiaozhi tang,and the control group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets.Both groups were observed for two courses,with 14 days as one course.The changes of clinical effect and blood lipid before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total curative effect was 96.43%in the observation group and 89.66%in the control group,the difference being significant(Z=-2.036,P=0.042).After treatment,the total cholesterol and triglyceride in the observation group were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the total cholesterol in the control group was improved(P<0.01).After treatment,the comparison of total cholesterol and triglyceride between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.01).During the treatment,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:The application of Tiaozhi tang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with mixed hyperlipidemia with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and effectively reduce the contents of total cholesterol and triglyceride,with definite curative effect and high safety.
