八珍益母胶囊联合达芙通治疗月经不调临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察八珍益母胶囊联合达芙通治疗月经不调的临床疗效。方法:将无排卵型月经不调患者68例按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例;对照组给予达芙通治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合八珍益母胶囊治疗;疗程均为4周,观察比较2组患者月经改善总体疗效,排卵率与受孕率,血清性激素指标[雌激素(E2)、孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)]水平的变化。结果:月经改善总有效率观察组为88.24%,对照组为64.71%,2组比较,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清E2、P、LH水平均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项激素水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,排卵率与受孕率观察组分别为85.29%、61.76%,对照组分别为61.76%、32.35%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八珍益母胶囊联合达芙通治疗月经不调,可有效调节患者性激素水平,从而改善患者月经周期,增加排卵率及受孕率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with Duphaston for irregular menstruation.Methods:A total of 68 cases of patients with anovulatory irregular menstruation were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Duphaston,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bazhen Yimu capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The changes in the total curative effect of menstrual improvement,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate as well as the levels of the indexes of serum sex hormones including estrogen(E2),progesterone(P)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of menstrual improvement was 88.24%in the observation group and 64.71%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2,P and LH in serum in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were 85.29%and 61.76%respectively in the observation group and 61.76%and 32.35%respectively in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thetherapy of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with Duphaston for irregular menstruation can better regulate the levels of sex hormones in patients to improve their menstrual cycles and increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
