大青连翘汤治疗带状疱疹临床研究及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨大青连翘汤治疗带状疱疹的有效性及对患者血清炎症因子白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法:选取86例带状疱疹患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组采用盐酸万乃洛韦片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合大青连翘汤治疗,疗程均为2周。比较2组临床疗效、止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间、治疗前后血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2周后,2组血清IL-2较治疗前显著升高,IL-6、IL-10较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-2显著高于同期对照组,IL-6、IL-10显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为11.63%,对照组不良反应总发生率为16.28%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.380,P>0.05)。结论:大青连翘汤联合盐酸万乃洛韦片治疗带状疱疹与单纯西药治疗相比总有效率更高,患者疱疹消退更快,且血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平改善更明显,安全性高。Objective:To discuss the effectiveness of Daqing Lianqiao tang in treating herpes zoster and its effect on levels of inflammatory factors in serum including interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10).Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with herpes zoster were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Daqing Lianqiao tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical effect,the time of controlling herpes,incrustation and decrustation,the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 in serum before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of controlling herpes,incrustation and decrustation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment for one and two weeks respectively,the levels of IL-2 in serum in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the level of IL-2 in serum in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the same period,and the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate was95.35%in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 81.40%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 11.63%in the observation group,and 16.28%in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(χ^2=0.380,P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with that of simple western medicine,the therapy of Daqing Lianqiao tang combined with valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets for herpes zoster has higher total effective rate,shorter disappearance time of herpes zoster,more
