摘  要:文章概述了超宽带电磁脉冲的特点,简要描述了超宽带电磁脉冲的发展方向,介绍了几种典型的基于气体开关的超宽带电磁脉冲发生器。固态开关的发展,为超宽带电磁脉冲发生器提供了新的技术途径,文章介绍了基于固态开关的典型脉冲源。简要阐述了功率合成的特点和方法,固态开关的高稳定性能使其在功率合成方面显示了较好的效果。简要介绍了国内外典型的冲激雷达系统。分析了冲激雷达对超宽带电磁脉冲源的要求,给出基于不同固态开关的高功率电磁脉冲源方案,最后对冲激雷达脉冲源的发展进行了展望。The characteristics and prospect of the ultra-wideband electromagnetic pulse are summarized.Some typical ultra-wideband electromagnetic pulse generators using gas switches are introduced.The new technological approach to develop the ultra-wideband electromagnetic pulse generators has been practicable since the solid-state switch became available,and some typical ultra-wideband electromagnetic pulse generators using solid-state switches are introduced as well.The features and methods of power combining are described,and the high stability of solid-state switch offers the promise that solid-state switch is suitable for electromagnetic pulse generator based on power combining.Some typical impulse radars at home and abroad are briefly introduced.The requirements of ultra-wideband electromagnetic pulse source used for impulse radar are analyzed,and two schemes of ultra-wideband electromagnetic pulse generators using different solid-state switches are provided.The development of pulse generators applied to impulse radar is also prospected.
