摘  要:针对30MN液压支架试验台调高液压缸的工作状态和运动特性,以及对同步回路的特性要求,提出一种利用分流集流阀达到回路流量相等进而控制液压缸速度同步的设计方案;对液压支架试验进行了简述,阐述了分流集流阀的液压原理,设计了整个液压同步回路并利用AMESim软件进行了可行性验证。Aiming at the working state and the movement characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder with 30 MN hydraulic support test-BED,and the characteristics of the synchronous circuit,a design proposal is put forward to achieve the synchronization of the hydraulic cylinder speed by using the synchronous valve to achieve equal loop flow;The test-BED is briefly described.The hydraulic principle of the synchronous valve is described.The entire hydraulic synchronous circuit is designed and verified by AMESim software.
