摘 要:本文以火电厂为研究对象,基于过程免疫时间(Process Immunity Time,PIT)基础理论,阐述电压暂降对辅机工艺参数的影响及从PIT角度出发的治理手段。根据不同类型负载在电压暂降期间的功率变化及电压变化曲线,分别计算得出了电压暂降期间不同负载的损失功率、电压及能量。通过仿真得出了火电厂燃烧系统工艺过程不同辅机的PIT值,分析了各储能环节和工艺时间常数在电压暂降过程中对工艺参数的影响。指出了暂降治理过程中补偿能量和补偿时刻的选取原则。Based on the basic theory of process immunity time(PIT),the influence of voltage sag on the process parameters of auxiliary machinery and the control measures from the perspective of PIT are discussed in this paper.According to the power change and voltage change curve of different types of loads during voltage sag,the loss power,voltage and energy of different loads during voltage sag are calculated respectively.The PIT values of different auxiliary machines in the combustion system of thermal power plant are obtained by simulation.The effects of energy storage links and process time constants of process parameters in the process of voltage sag are analyzed.The selection principle of compensation energy and compensation time in the process is pointed out.
