摘 要:针对卷烟材料成本分析数据收集完整性差,人工定性分析无法掌握供应商的"近真实成本",不能科学制订卷烟材料采购方案的现状,建立了卷烟材料采购成本预测模型,并构建了一种实数编码、精英选择和轮盘赌相结合的遗传算法来求解此模型。模型应用案例表明:建立的模型与求解算法能较好地优化供应商的家数及供应量,有效地降低采购成本约0.81%,支撑卷烟材料的精益采购。In order to improve the poor collection integrity of the current analysis of the cost of cigarette materials,the lack of"near real cost"of suppliers and the present situation of failure to scientifically formulate a procurement plan for cigarette materials,a prediction model of the procurement cost of cigarette material is established,and a genetic algorithm combining real coding,elite selection and roulette betting is constructed to solve the model.The application case of the model shows that the model and the algorithm can optimize the number of suppliers and supply,effectively reduce the procurement cost by about 0.81%,and support the lean procurement of cigarette materials.
