摘　　要：本文设计和研制了一种遥测雨量计智能融雪器设备,利用核心加热材料三水醋酸钠,湿度和光学传感器,温度控制器,平面发热材料,保温层等部件组合成一套节能加热装置。将其放置在雨量观测仪的外部,能够实现在冬季降冻雨、雪时,融化冻雨、雪,保障普通遥测雨量观测计在冬季正常工作和使用。其具有构造简单、性能可靠、快速实时融雪的特点,在北方冬季降水量观测领域有着很好的使用前景。In this paper,an intelligent snowmelt device for telemetry rainfall meter is designed and developed,which combines the core heating material trihydrate sodium acetate,humidity and optical sensor,temperature controller,plane heating material,insulation layer and other components into an energy-saving heating device.It is placed outside the rainfall observation instrument,which can meet the requirements of freezing rain and snow in winter,melt freezing rain and snow,and ensure the normal operation and use of ordinary telemetry rainfall observation instrument in winter.It has the characteristics of simple structure,reliable performance,fast and real-time snowmelt,and has a good application prospect in the field of precipitation observation in the northern winter.
