摘　　要：为解决传统电话发令模式所存在问题,提高电网运行效率和安全性,文中设计了一种电网操作网络发令系统。在现有智能电网平台的基础上,系统阐述了网络发令系统的众多优势。利用计算机网络的高效性,阐述了发令系统设计思路,包括易用性和安全性、备份和应急等。最后,阐述了该系统的主要功能。网络发令系统从根本上改变了电网的指令下发和信息沟通模式。所述系统可以满足新时代电网调度的相关要求,提高电网运行效率和安全性。In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional telephone command mode and improve the efficiency and security of power grid operation,a power network command system is designed.On the basis of the existing smart grid platform,this paper expounds the advantages of the network command system.Based on the high efficiency of computer network,the design idea of starting system,including ease of use and security,backup and emergency is expounded.Finally,the main functions of the system are described.Network command system fundamentally changes the power network instruction and information communication mode.The system can meet the relevant requirements of power grid scheduling in the new era and improve the efficiency and security of power grid operation.
