摘  要:以5年生不同中间砧‘华红’苹果为材料,研究了中间砧对花、幼果和成熟果实矿质元素含量以及果实品质的影响。结果表明:以‘GM256’和‘GM310’为中间砧的‘华红’花朵干重最大;以‘SH6’为中间砧的‘华红’单果干重最大,果实可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量最高,果皮强度较大;以‘SH1’为中间砧的‘华红’花的氮含量,幼果的磷和铁含量,成熟果实磷、硼、铜、铁、锰和锌含量均最高;以‘GM310’为中间砧的‘华红’花的硼含量,幼果钙、硼和锌含量,以及成熟果实钾和钙含量均最高。说明‘SH1’和‘GM310’中间砧苹果向果实转运矿质元素的能力较强。The 5-year-old different dwarfing interstocks grafted with‘Huahong’apple were used as materials to study the effects of dwarfing interstocks on the content of mineral elements in flowers,fruitlets and fruits,and the differences in fruit quality.The results showed that the flower dry weight of‘Huahong’grafted on‘GM256’and‘GM310’was the largest;the weightiest of single dried fruit,the highest soluble solid content and titratable acid content,and high peel strength was‘Huahong’grafted on‘SH6’.The nitrogen content of flowers,the phosphorus and iron content of fruitlets,and the content of phosphorus,boron,copper,iron,manganese and zinc in fruits were the highest in‘Huahong’grafted on‘SH1’.The boron content of flowers,the calcium,boron and zinc content of fruitlets,and the potassium and calcium content of fruits were the highest in‘Huahong’grafted on‘GM310’.These show that the ability of‘SH1’and‘GM310’dwarfing interstocks to transfer mineral elements to fruits is stronger than the others.
