摘  要:为探究麻江白僵菌(Beauveria majiangensis)菌株MJ1015对蓝莓金龟子幼虫(蛴螬)有效的微生物防控技术,采用浸渍法对粗狭肋鳃金龟(Holotrichiascrobiculata)、暗黑鳃金龟(Holotrichiaparallela)、斑青花金龟(Oxycetonia bealiae)3龄幼虫进行室内毒力测定。结果显示:用孢子悬浮液浓度4.3×10^6~9.2×10^8孢子/mL处理上述幼虫14 d后,3种幼虫的校正死亡率分别是47.17%~100.00%、31.97%~94.64%、31.58%~91.23%;3种幼虫的LC50值之间差异显著,分别是4.75×10^6、1.29×10^7、2.78×10^7孢子/mL;相同浓度处理下,3种幼虫的LT50差异显著,在浓度5.7×10^7~9.2×10^8孢子/mL处理下,3种幼虫的LT50范围分别是3.86~6.68、5.16~9.69、9.00~13.29 d。综上,MJ1015菌株对3种金龟子幼虫均有较强的致病力,且致病力大小为粗狭肋鳃金龟>暗黑鳃金龟>斑青花金龟。The larvae of beetles(white grubs), one kind of the most important subterranean pests, have restricted severely the sound development of blueberry industry. In order to explore the effective microbial control of these white grubs, the pathogenicity of a Beauveria majiangensis strain MJ1015 against three different white grubs, including Holotrichia scrobiculata, Holotrichia parallela and Oxycetonia bealiae, was evaluated in this study. The results showed that the strain MJ1015 had a high virulence to the larvae of the three species, and the order of the pathogenicity was H. scrobiculata, H. parallela and O. bealiae. After 14 days of treatment with the concentration of 4.3×10^6~9.2×10^8 conidia/mL, the corrected mortality of the 3 rd larvae were 47.17%~100.00%, 31.97%~94.64% and 31.58%~91.23%. In addition, the median lethal concentration LC50 was significantly different for the tested three larvae of beetles, and the values were 4.75×10^6 conidia/mL, 1.29×10^7 conidia/mL and 2.78×10^7 conidia/mL, respectively. Besides, the median lethal time LT50 was also significantly different for the three tested pests under the same concentration treatment. And the LT50 ranged 3.86~6.68 d, 5.16~9.69 d and 9.00~13.29 d for H. scrobiculata, H. parallela and O. bealiae at the concentration of 5.7×10^7~9.2×10^8 conidia/mL. In summary, the MJ1015 has strong pathogenicity of three species of white grubs, the value of pathogenicity is H. scrobiculata, H. parallela and O. bealiae in order.
