摘  要:为深入研究巷道掘进揭煤诱导煤与瓦斯突出机理及其全过程多物理量信息规律,基于综合假说及CSIRO突出模型,研发了巷道掘进揭煤诱导煤与瓦斯突出模拟试验系统.试验系统的反力密封单元具备旋转功能,且实现了模型边界气密性;应力加载单元实现了对模型5 MPa真三轴地应力加载;气体充填单元实现了3 MPa气体自动稳压充填和快速补压;巷道掘进单元实现了巷道可视化伺服掘进和自动排渣;信息获取单元实现了突出全过程多物理量信息快速获取融合.并利用试验系统成功开展了真三轴地应力加载和1.1 MPa充气保压条件下巷道掘进揭煤诱导煤与瓦斯突出全过程相似模拟试验,得到与现场相似的突出孔洞位置及形状、突出粉煤质量与距离等现象及气压、温度、应力等多物理量信息.In order to deeply study the mechanism of coal and gas outburst induced by coal uncovering in roadway excavation and the law of multi-physical information in the whole processes,a simulation system of coal and gas outburst induced by coal uncovering in roadway excavation was developed.The sealed counter-force unit has the rotating function and achieves the boundary gas tightness of the model.The stress loading unit realized the true triaxial geo-stress of 5 MPa loading to the model;Gas filling unit can automatically and stably fill 3 MPa gas,and quickly compensate the gas pressure.The roadway excavating unit realized visual servo tunneling and automatic slag removal.The information collecting unit achieves the fast fusion acquisition of multi-physical information in the whole process of outburst.Similar simulation experiment of the whole process of coal and gas outburst induced by coal uncovering in roadway excavation under true triaxial geo-stress loading and 1.1 MPa gas-filled pressure-retaining conditions were successfully carried out using the system.The location and shape of the outburst hole and the quality and distance of the outburst pulverized coal were similar to the accident scene,and multi-physical information were obtained.The development of the system provides a scientific means for deeply study of coal and gas outburst mechanism and acquisition of outburst precursor information.
