摘  要:为研究"三软"煤层条件下切顶卸压自成巷道二次复用期间围岩稳定性,以中兴煤矿1200试验工作面为工程背景,对自成巷道在"采-留-用"期间的扰动因素进行分析,通过数值模拟和现场实测,对自成巷道在二次复用期间的围岩应力演化规律和变形特征进行研究.结果表明:"三软"煤层条件下自成巷道在二次回采期间的超前支承应力影响范围约为40 m,应力峰值距工作面约10 m;巷道顶底板均处于较低的应力水平,采场侧向应力最大值远离实体煤帮,而矸石帮侧采空区始终处于较低的应力水平,该技术有效地切断了顶板的部分应力传递路径,提高了自成巷道在二次复用期间的稳定性;围岩变形随着工作面走向可大致分为缓慢变形区,加速变形区和剧烈变形区.In order to study the stability of surrounding rock during the reuse of roadway automatically formed by roof cutting and pressure release under the condition of"three soft"(Roof,coal seam and floor are soft rock)coal seams,the disturbance factors during the period of"mining-retaining-using"were analyzed.Taken 1200 test working face in Zhongxing coal mine as the engineering background,through numerical simulation and on-site measurement,the stress and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock during the reuse of the self-formed roadway were analyzed comprehensively.The results show that the influence range of the leading support stress of the self-formed roadway during the secondary mining is about 40 m,under the condition of"three soft"coal seams.The peak stress value reaches about 10 m ahead of working face.The roadway roof and floor are all at a low stress level,the maximum lateral stress of the stope is far away from the solid coal side,while the goaf at the gangue side is always at a low stress level.Due to the results of test,this technology effectively cut off part of the stress transfer path of the roof and improves the stability of the self-formed roadway during secondary mining.Along the direction of the working face,the deformation of surrounding rock of the self-formed roadway could be roughly divided into three zones:slow deformation zone,accelerated deformation zone and severe deformation zone.
