摘  要:对穿锚索双向加固技术是一种针对沿空掘巷留设煤柱支护的新型技术,为研究对穿锚索支护机理及优化支护方案,本文以济宁三号煤矿123下04工作面沿空掘巷留设煤柱为工程背景,进行对穿锚索不同加固方式下窄煤柱承压性能相似模拟试验,分析了对穿锚索不同加固方式对煤柱破坏方式、承载力和变形量变化规律以及对对穿锚索应力变化规律的影响。结果表明:试件最大承载力随着对穿锚索数量的增加而提高,最大可提高112.80%;对穿锚索可有效控制试件的变形量,其中垂向变形量最多可降低59.14%,水平变形量最多可减少52.98%;适当的加固方式可使对穿锚索在小变形、小应力的状态下起到较好的加固效果.The bidirectional-reinforcement technology of the inflatable lock-type anchor is a new method for supporting coal pillar in the gob-side entry driving.To study the supporting mechanism and the optimization scheme of the inflatable lock-type anchor,the coal pillar set in the gob-side entry driving of 04 working face under 123 coal seam in the Jining No.3 coal mine was taken as the engineering background,the similarity simulation experiment to test the bearing capacity of narrow coal pillar in different methods of reinforcement was conducted.The influence of different reinforcement methods on the failure mode,the law of bearing capacity and deformation of coal pillar,as well as the law of stress of anchor cable was analyzed.The results show that the maximum bearing capacity of the specimen increased with the rise of the number of the inflatable lock-type anchor by a maximum of 112.80%.The deformation of specimens can be effectively controlled by the inflatable lock-type anchor,the vertical deformation and horizontal deformation can be reduced by a maximum of 59.14%and 52.98%respectively.The inflatable lock-type anchor,in the condition of small deformation and stress,can have a better effect of the reinforcement with the proper reinforcement method.
