摘  要:破碎过程中颗粒强度是最重要的物料机械性质.物料最终的产物粒度分布主要取决于入料粒度的强度分布.利用WDW-100E微机控制电子万能试验机对尺寸为40~90 mm的煤岩颗粒进行单轴压缩,得到了颗粒破碎过程的最大破碎力和断裂能,以最大破碎力和断裂能2个参数来定义颗粒的破坏强度,并比较两者之间的关系.选择3个常见的统计学模型:Logistic模型、Weibull模型和Lognormal模型拟合煤岩颗粒强度分布,最终确定一个适合煤岩颗粒强度分布的数学模型.试验结果表明:Logistic模型适合描述煤岩颗粒强度分布规律;最大破碎力、断裂能分别与颗粒尺寸的平方呈线性关系;最大破碎力和断裂能之间可以相互转换且两者之间的相互关系与颗粒的尺寸无关;在位移测量精度不高的情况下,建议用最大破碎力来表示不规则颗粒的强度.Particle strength is the most important mechanical property of materials in crushing process.The final product size distribution of materials mainly depends on the strength distribution of feed size.In this paper,the uniaxial compression of coal rock particles with the size of 40-90 mm were carried out by using WDW-100 E computer controlled electronic universal testing machine.The maximum breaking force and breakage energy were obtained in the process of particle breaking.The breaking strength of particles were defined by the two parameters of maximum breaking force and breakage energy,and the relationship between them were compared.Three common statistical models(Logistic model,Weibull model and Lognormal model)were selected to fit the distribution of coal rock particle strength,and a mathematical model suitable for coal rock particle strength distribution was found.The results show that Logistic model is suitable for describing the strength distribution of coal rock particles;The relationship between maximum breaking force and breakage energy is linear with the square of particle size;The maximum breaking force and breakage energy correlate to each other,it is dependent on the material but not on the particle size;the maximum breaking force and breakage energy can be converted to each other.In the case of low displacement measurement accuracy,it is suggested that the maximum breaking force be used to express the strength of irregular particles.
