探究消毒供应室管理模式实施品管圈活动中的实践效果及评价

摘　　要：目的探究与分析消毒供应室管理模式实施品管圈活动中的实践效果及评价。方法回顾性分析我院自2017年7月至2019年7月期间消毒供应室的相关的管理资料,于2018年8月将品管圈活动应用于消毒供应室管理工作中,按照是否实施品管圈活动分为对照组(2017年7月至2018年7月)与观察组(2018年8月至2019年7月),对照组给予常规管理模式,观察组在常规管理模式中实施品管圈活动,对比两组消毒供应室内不良事件发生率、消毒供应室工作人员的积极性评分、工作技巧评分、团队精神评分、质控管理评分、消毒供应室医护人员对消毒供应室工作服务质量的满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比下收下送错误、清洗不到位、检查包装不到位、无菌物品质量问题以及供应不及时的发生率较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比积极性评分、工作技巧评分、团队精神评分及质控管理评分均较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组消毒供应室医护人员对消毒供应室工作服务质量的满意度分别为70.00%、100.00%,观察组与对照组相比消毒供应室医护人员对消毒供应室工作服务质量的满意度较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室管理模式实施品管圈活动后不良事件发生率较低,各个方面管理质量较高,消毒供应室医护人员对消毒供应室工作服务质量的满意度也较高。Objective To explore and analyze the practical effects and evaluations in the implementation of the quality control room management mode of the disinfection supply room.Methods A retrospective analysis of the relevant management data of the disinfection supply room from July 2017 to July 2019 in our hospital.In August 2018,the quality control circle activity was applied to the management of the disinfection supply room,according to whether it was implemented.The tube circle activities were divided into the control group(July 2017 to July 2018)and the observation group(August 2018 to July 2019).The control group was given a routine management mode,and the observation group was implemented in the conventional management mode.Circle activities,comparing the incidence of adverse events in the disinfection supply room,the enthusiasm score of the staff in the disinfection supply room,the work skill score,the team spirit score,the quality control management score,and the satisfaction of the medical staff in the disinfection supply room.degree.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group received the error,the cleaning was not in place,the inspection package was not in place,the quality of the sterile products and the incidence of untimely supply were low,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher positivity score,work skill score,team spirit score and quality control management score,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the medical staff in the disinfection supply room of the control group and the observation group was 70.00%and 100.00%respectively.The satisfaction of the medical staff in the disinfection supply room compared with the control group was compared with the control group.Higher,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of adverse events after the implementation of the quality contro
