摘　　要：股骨转子间骨折在临床上十分常见,尤其多见于老年人群。股骨转子间骨折的治疗可选择手术治疗或者保守治疗两种类型。临床上对于股骨转子间骨折手术治疗为首选。随着手术治疗的发展,手术可选方式也逐渐增多,包括髓外钢板固定、髓内钉固定,半髋关节置换和全髋关节置换。不同手术方式治疗结果也不相同,各种手术方式的选择要结合患者的具体情况。本文主要对股骨转子间骨折后主要从手术方式的选择和每种手术方式的特点方面进行综述。Intertrochanteric fractures are very common in clinic,especially in the elderly.The treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur can be either surgical treatment or conservative treatment.Surgery of intertrochanteric fracture is the first choice.Along with the development of the surgery,options also gradually increased,including extramedullary plate fixation,intramedullary nail fixation,hemiarthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty.The results of different surgical methods are also different,and the choice of various surgical methods should be combined with the specific situation of the patient.This article mainly reviews the selection of surgical methods and the characteristics of each surgical method for intertrochanteric fracture.
