米力农联合呋塞米及螺内酯治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究米力农联合呋塞米及螺内酯治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的84例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机将84例患者分作对照组与观察组,各取42例。对照组给予呋塞米联合螺内酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合米力农治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率90.5%;对照组治疗总有效率69.0%;观察组疗效高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前,两组各指标比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组左室射血分高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径、室收缩末期内径小于对照组,观察组Pro-BNP水平低于对照组,MBI、QLI评分高于对照组;观察组心衰缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论米力农联合呋噻米及螺内酯治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效理想。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of milrinone combined with furosemide and spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 84 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases were taken.The control group was treated with furosemide combined with spironolactone,and the observation group was treated with milrinone on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.5%higher than that of the control group(69.0%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group Compared with the control group,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and the end-systolic diameter were smaller than the control group.The Pro-BNP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the MBI and QLI scores were higher than the control group.The observation group had a short heart failure time and hospitalization time.In the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Milrinone combined with furosemide and spironolactone is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
