复方甘草酸单胺S联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗寻常型银屑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方甘草酸单胺S联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法选取134例寻常型银屑病患者,采用摸球法分为乙组和甲组,各77例。乙组采用复方甘草酸单胺S治疗,甲组采用复方甘草酸单胺S联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,治疗2个月开展随访观察效果。结果甲组治疗总有效率87.01%,高于乙组的63.64%,甲组不良反应发生率6.49%,低于乙组的25.97%,甲组血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)T指标低于乙组,治疗后,甲组银屑病皮损程度评分、抑郁评分低于乙组和治疗前,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸单胺S联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果显著,具有较高临床推广价值。Objective To study the clinical effects of compound glycyrrhizin monoamine S combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 134 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled.They were divided into two groups,group B and group 77,using the ball method.Group B was treated with compound glycyrrhizin monoamine S.Group A was treated with compound glycyrrhizic acid monoamine S combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine.The follow-up observation effect was observed after 2 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate of group A was 87.01%,which was higher than 63.64%of group B.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 6.49%,which was lower than that of group B.25.97%.Group A serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)T The index was lower than that of group B.After treatment,the grade of psoriasis lesions and depression scores in group A were lower than those in group B and before treatment,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizic acid monoamine S combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine has significant clinical effects in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and it has high clinical value.
