氟伐他汀联合加味生脉饮治疗冠心病的临床价值观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氟伐他汀联合加味生脉饮治疗冠心病的临床价值。方法选择我院126例2017年1月至2018年1月冠心病患者。随机分组,西药治疗组对来我院治疗冠心病患者采取氟伐他汀治疗,西药联合中药组对来我院治疗冠心病患者则采取氟伐他汀+加味生脉饮治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;冠心病症状改善的时间、心电监测仪指标好转的时间、平均住院的时间;治疗前后患者EF监测值、LVEDs以及LVEDd、SF-36简明量表评分;药物安全性发生率。结果西药联合中药组有更高的疗效,P<0.05。治疗前西药治疗组、西药联合中药组EF监测值、LVEDs以及LVEDd、SF-36简明量表评分相近,P>0.05;治疗后西药联合中药组EF监测值、LVEDs以及LVEDd、SF-36简明量表评分变化幅度更大,P<0.05。西药联合中药组冠心病症状改善的时间、心电监测仪指标好转的时间、平均住院的时间和西药治疗组比较有优势,P<0.05.西药联合中药组和西药治疗组药物安全性发生率相似,P>0.05,西药治疗组有1例肝肾功能一过性损伤。而西药联合中药组有1例乏力。结论氟伐他汀+加味生脉饮治疗冠心病效果好,可有效改善患者的病情,改善心功能和缩短治疗的时间,且药物安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical value of fluvastatin combined with Jiawei Shengmai Yin in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 126 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2008 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of Western medicine was treated with fluvastatin for patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital,while the treatment group of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine was treated with fluvastatin plus Jiawei Shengmai Yin.The curative effects of the two groups were compared;the time of improvement of symptoms of coronary heart disease,the time of improvement of ECG monitoring indicators,the average length of hospitalization;EF monitoring value,LVEDs,LVEDd,SF-36 concise scale scores of patients before and after treatment;and the incidence of drug safety.Results Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine group had higher curative effect,P<0.05.Before treatment,EF monitoring value,LVEDs,LVEDd and SF-36 concise scale scores of the western medicine treatment group,the western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine group were similar,P>0.05;after treatment,EF monitoring value,LVEDs,LVEDd and SF-36 concise scale scores of the western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine group changed more significantly,P<0.05.The time of improvement of symptoms of coronary heart disease,the time of improvement of ECG monitor,the average time of hospitalization in western medicine group were superior to that in western medicine group(P<0.05).The incidence of drug safety in western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was similar to that in western medicine group(P>0.05).There was one case of transient damage of liver and kidney function in western medicine group.There was 1 case of fatigue in the group of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion Fluvastatin plus Jiawei Shengmai Decoction is effective in the treatment of coro
