摘　　要：目的探讨经皮改良折断式加压螺丝钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的作用。方法选取2017年9月至2019年6月我院收治的股骨颈骨折患者,共50例,随机将其分组。参照组(n=25)运用常规固定术进行治疗,研究组(n=25)运用经皮改良折断式加压螺丝钉内固定治疗。观察并记录两组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间,比较术后两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者手术时间为(50.21±2.36)h、住院时间为(17.50±3.80)d、术中出血量为(112.36±14.34)m L参照组患者手术时间为(64.35±4.28)h、住院时间为(25.70±4.31)d、术中出血量为(253.01±17.62)mL,研究组手术及住院时间均显著短于参照组,研究组术中出血量显著少于参照组,经比较差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者治疗效果显效20例,有效4例,无效6例,治疗总有效率为96.00%,参照组患者治疗效果显效16例,有效3例,无效6例,治疗总有效率为76.00%,研究组治疗有效率显著高于参照组,经比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论经皮改良折断式加压螺丝钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的效果显著,手术时间短,创伤小,恢复快,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous modified broken compression screw internal fixation on femoral neck fracture.Methods Fifty patients with femoral neck fractures treated in our hospital from September 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research object of this article.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,25 cases in each group.For treatment,the observation group was treated with percutaneous modified broken compression screw internal fixation.The surgical indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay)were compared between the two groups,and the total effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was(50.21±2.36)hours,the length of hospital stay was(17.50±3.80)days,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was(112.36±14.34)mL.The operation time of the control group patients was(64.35±4.28)hours,and the length of hospital stay was(25.70±4.31)d.The intraoperative blood loss was(253.01±17.62)mL.The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group.The comparison was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05);after treatment,the patients in the observation group were excellent in 20 cases,good in 4 cases,and poor in 6 cases.The total effective rate was 96.00%,and those in the control group were excellent in 16 cases,good in 3 cases,and poor in 6 cases.For example,the total effective rate of treatment was 76.00%.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous modified broken compression screw internal fixation has a significant effect in treating femoral neck fractures,with short operation time,small trauma,fast recovery,and
