摘　　要：目的研究环磷酰胺冲击联合激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎的效果。方法本次研究数据收集时间为2018年2月至2019年1月,选择上述时段在我方医院收治的50例系统性红斑狼疮肾炎患者,以随机数字表法作为分组依据,划分为观察组及对照组,对照组接受激素+羟氯喹治疗方式,观察组采用环磷酰胺冲击联合激素治疗措施,通过观察两组患者治疗有效率、治疗前后免疫功能及临床不良反应类型之间的差异,继而探究环磷酰胺冲击联合激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎的临床应用前景与研究价值。结果观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组,免疫功能改善效果显著优于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环磷酰胺冲击联合激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎疗效显著,能够有效提升患者免疫功能,降低临床不良反应风险,不良反应低,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of cyclophosphamide pulse combined with hormone in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis.Methods Data were collected from February 2018 to January 2019.50 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis admitted to our hospital during the above period were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The control group received routine medication(prednisone combined with fermite).The observation group was treated with cyclophosphamide shock combined with hormone.Therapeutic measures,by observing the difference of treatment efficiency,immune function and clinical adverse reaction types between the two groups before and after treatment,then explore the clinical application prospect and research value of cyclophosphamide shock combined with hormone in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the improvement of immune function was significantly better than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclophosphamide shock combined with hormone therapy is effective in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis,which can effectively improve the immune function of patients,reduce the risk of clinical adverse reactions,and have low toxicity and side effects.It is worth promoting.
