摘 要:目的探究经阴道实时三维超声成像诊断先天性子宫畸形的临床价值。方法对我院收集到的60例可疑子宫畸形患者分别予以经阴道二维超声和经阴道实时三维超声成像,将检查结果与宫腔镜、子宫输卵管碘油造影、腹腔镜或者手术结果相互对照。结果经阴道二维超声诊断符合率为90.00%,经阴道实时三维超声成像诊断符合率为100.00%,经比较显然经阴道三维超声成像诊断符合率更高,且二者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对子宫畸形患者,临床采用经阴道实时三维超声成像技术能够更为直观的显示患者宫腔内膜情况和子宫外形状况,可在一定程度上提高诊断准确率,在准确鉴别和诊断子宫畸形方面具有十分重要的作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation.Methods 60 patients with suspected uterine malformation collected in our hospital were respectively given transvaginal twodimensional ultrasound and transvaginal real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging,and the examination results were compared with hysteroscopy,hysterosalpingography,laparoscopy or operation results.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound was 90.00%,and that of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional ultrasound was 100.00%.by comparison,it was obvious that the diagnostic coincidence rate of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound was higher,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with uterine malformation,clinical application of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology can more intuitively display the endometrial and uterine appearance of patients,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy to a certain extent.It plays a very important role in accurately identifying and diagnosing uterine malformation,and is worthy of clinical application.
