门冬胰岛素和生物合成人胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期糖尿病患者采用门冬胰岛素、生物合成人胰岛素治疗的应用效果。方法选择本院于2016年7月至2019年7月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(42例,采用生物合成人胰岛素治疗)和观察组(42例,采用门冬胰岛素治疗),收集分析两组患者治疗前后血糖水平、胰岛功能指标变化情况、每日注射胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率和不良分娩结局情况。结果治疗后两组患者FPG、2h-PG水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组胰岛素抵抗指数明显低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,C肽水平明显低于对照组;观察组每日注射胰岛素量、低血糖发生率均明显低于对照组;且不良分娩结局明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者采用门冬胰岛素药物治疗,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of insulin aspart and insulin biosynthesis in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 84 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the control group(42 cases,treated with bio synthetic human insulin)and the observation group(42 cases,treated with aspart insulin).The changes of blood glucose level,blood pressure level and islet function indexes before and after treatment were analyzed And adverse delivery outcomes.Results The levels of FPG and 2h-PG were not statistically different(P>0.05).The insulin resistance index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and theβcell function index of the islet was significantly higher than that of the control group and the C-peptide level was significantly lower than that of the control group The incidence of islandin and hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the adverse delivery outcome was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gestational diabetes are treated with insulin aspart,which has a significant therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical application.
