益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防自然分娩产妇产后出血的效果研究

摘　　要：目的对自然分娩的产妇采取益母草注射液联合缩宫素的方法预防产后出血,分析其方法。方法从2018年1月至2019年1月中抽取于我院进行自然分娩的产妇220例展开研究,根据其产后用药的不同分为对照组和研究组,对照组选用的药物为缩宫素,研究组选用的药物为益母草注射液联合缩宫素,进行两组产后出血发生率、产后出血量、宫缩持续时长以及住院时长、第2、4、6天宫底高度测得值、各项凝血功能指标、并发症发生率的比较。结果①研究组产后出血发生数量以及出血量均少于对照组;②研究组产妇宫缩时长比对照组长以及住院时长比对照组短;③进行两组患者第2天、第4天、第6天宫底高度测量值比较,研究组优于对照组;④研究组各项凝血功能指标优于对照组;⑤研究组并发症发生数量少于对照组。以上两组各项研究观察指标表现P<0.05。结论对于自然分娩的产妇可以考虑采用益母草注射液联合缩宫素进行产后出血的预防,可以促进产妇产后康复,改善产妇凝血障碍状况。用药效果显著。Objective To prevent postpartum hemorrhage with Leonurus injection and oxytocin.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,220 cases of parturient in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to their postpartum medication.Oxytocin was used in control group.The drugs used in the study group were Leonurus injection combined with oxytocin.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the duration of uterine contraction and the length of stay were measured.Complications A comparison of birth rates.Results(1)The number of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was less than that in the control group;(2)The duration of uterine contraction in the study group was shorter than that in the control group and the length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group;(3)Compared with the measured values of uterine floor height on the 2nd,4th and 6th day in the two groups,the study group was superior to the control group;(4)The study group was superior to the control group in various coagulation function indexes,and the number of complications in the study group was less than that in the control group.The observed indexes in the above two groups were P<0.05.Conclusion The prophylaxis of postpartum hemorrhage with Leonurus injection combined with oxytocin can be considered for the spontaneous delivery of parturient women,which can promote the postpartum delivery of parturient women.Rehabilitation,the effect of medication is remarkable.
