全程优质护理模式对结直肠癌患者术后焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的了解全程优质护理模式对结直肠癌患者术后焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将我院2017年1月至2019年1月的120例结直肠癌患者,随机分组,常规护理服务组给予一般护理,全程优质组开展全程优质护理模式。比较两组满意度;结直肠癌患者术后住院情况、术后焦虑抑郁情绪持续时间;护理前后焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量;结直肠癌手术并发症概率。结果全程优质组的满意度是60例(100.00%),常规护理服务组则是40例(66.67%),P<0.05。护理前两组焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量接近,P>0.05;护理后全程优质组焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量优于常规护理服务组,P<0.05。结论结直肠癌患者实施全程优质护理模式效果确切,可有效减少手术相关并发症的发生,减轻患者的焦虑情绪以及抑郁情绪,并有效改善患者的生存质量的水平,促使患者的满意度得到提高。Objective To investigate the effect of whole course quality nursing mode on anxiety and depression and quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer after operation.Methods 120 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from 2017.1 to 2019.1 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing service group was given general nursing,and the whole course quality group was given the whole course quality nursing mode.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups;the hospitalization of patients with colorectal cancer after operation,the duration of anxiety and depression after operation;anxiety and depression before and after nursing and quality of life;and the probability of complications of colorectal cancer surgery.Results The satisfaction rate of the whole course quality group was 60 cases(100.00%),while that of the routine nursing service group was 40 cases(66.67%),P<0.05.Anxiety,depression and quality of life of the two groups before nursing were similar,P>0.05;after nursing,anxiety,depression and quality of life of the whole quality group were better than those of the routine nursing service group,P<0.05.Conclusion The whole course quality nursing mode for patients with colorectal cancer has a definite effect.It can effectively reduce the occurrence of operation-related complications,alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients,so as to improve patients’satisfaction.
