整体护理理念在肛肠手术患者护理中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理理念在肛肠手术患者护理中的临床价值。方法本组研究纳入86例在我院治疗的肛肠手术患者,病例资料研究时间自2018年2月至2019年2月,按照盲选方将所有肛肠手术患者随机分成2组。对照组(n=43)采用常规护理干预,研究组(n=43)在常规护理干预的基础上实施整体护理干预,记录并对比两组患者的术后排尿时间、术后疼痛评分、排便时间以及住院时间,评估两组患者对护理工作的满意度,并观察并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的术后排尿时间、排便时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组,且患者的术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者和对照组患者的不良反应发生率分别为9.37%和21.87%,组间数据相比较(χ~2=4.073,P=0.043<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。研究组的护理满意度为97.67%,显著高于对照组的满意度81.39%,组间数据相比较(χ~2=4.073,P=0.043<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论在肛肠手术患者的临床护理工作中实施整体护理干预有助于促进术后排尿和排便,加快患者的术后康复速度,减轻术后疼痛程度,降低术后尿潴留等并发症发生率,从而缩短住院时间,同时也可进一步改善护患关系,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床上进行深入研究和推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of holistic nursing concept in the nursing of patients undergoing anorectal surgery.Methods 86 patients who underwent anorectal surgery in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The data were collected from February 2018 to February 2019.All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the blind selection.The control group(n=43)was given routine nursing intervention,while the research group(n=43)was given holistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The urination time,pain score,defecation time and hospitalization time of the two groups were recorded and compared.The satisfaction of the two groups to nursing work was evaluated,and the incidence of complications was observed.Results The time of urination,defecation and hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the VAS score of the patients was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 9.37%and 21.87%,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups(χ~2=4.073,P=0.043<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.39%).There was significant difference between the two groups(χ~2=4.073,P=0.043<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients undergoing anorectal surgery can help to promote urination and defecation after operation,speed up the recovery of patients after operation,reduce the degree of pain after operation,reduce the incidence of complications such as urinary retention after operation,thus shorten the hospital stay,at the same time,it can further improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.It is worthy of clinical application.Further research and promotion are carried out.
