个体化护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者依从性及透析效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病肾病(DN)血液透析患者实施个体化护理后,其治疗依从性及透析效果受到的影响。方法选取78例来我院接受血液透析治疗的DN患者为研究对象,采取随机双盲法,将其分成两组,接受常规护理的为对照组,应用个体化护理的则为观察组。统计两组患者的护理效果,并进行对比与评价。结果①治疗依从性方面,观察组患者的总依从性达到97.44%,明显高于对照组的79.49%,数据差异显著,P<0.05。②透析效果方面,观察组患者尿素氮(BUN)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)以及血清肌酐(Scr)等指标的下降幅度均显著大于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对DN患者实施血液透析治疗过程中,通过采取个体化护理措施,可有效改善透析效果,促进患者治疗依从性的提高,值得重视。Objective To observe the effect of individual nursing care on treatment compliance and dialysis effect of diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients.Methods 78 DN patients who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital were selected as research objects,and were divided into two groups by random double-blind method.Those receiving routine care were the control group,while those receiving individualized care were the observation group.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results(1)in terms of treatment compliance,the total compliance of patients in the observation group reached 97.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.49%),and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).(2)As for the effect of dialysis,the decrease of urea nitrogen(BUN),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and serum creatinine(Scr)in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of hemodialysis treatment for DN patients,individualized nursing measures can effectively improve the dialysis effect and improve the treatment compliance of patients,which is worthy of attention.
