分析人工肝血浆置换术治疗重型肝病的临床护理效果

摘　　要：目的观察人工肝血浆置换术治疗重型肝病的临床护理效果。方法选取我院人工肝血浆置换术治疗的重型肝病患者70例(2018年6月至2019年5月),随机分为优质护理的观察组(35例)及常规护理的对照组(35例),观察患者心理状态、并发症发生率及治疗依从性。结果与对照组相比,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低,并发症发生率低,治疗依从性评分高,P<0.05。结论人工肝血浆置换术治疗重型肝病患者过程中给予优质护理,能有效改善患者不良反应心理状态,提高治疗依从性,减少不良反应的发生,效果较好,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of artificial liver plasmapheresis for severe liver disease.Methods Seventy patients with severe liver disease treated with artificial liver plasmapheresis in our hospital(June 2018 to May 2019)were randomly divided into high-quality nursing observation group(35 cases)and routine nursing control group(35 cases),observe the patient’s psychological state,complication rate and treatment compliance.Results Compared with the control group,the SAS score and SDS score were lower in the observation group,the complication rate was lower,and the treatment compliance score was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion Artificial liver plasmapheresis for high-quality care in the treatment of patients with severe liver disease can effectively improve the psychological state of adverse reactions,improve treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have good results.
