摘　　要：目的探析围术期护理在经鼻单孔蝶窦入路内镜下切除垂体瘤中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本院接收的68例采取经鼻单孔蝶窦入路内镜下切除垂体瘤患者为研究对象。根据先后入院时间分为两组,每组34例,对照组开展常规护理方案,研究组则接受围术期护理方案,统计各组生活质量、并发症发生率及护理质量。结果研究组生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、活力及总体健康评分均较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组沟通状况、护理水平、护理质量及服务态度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在并发症发生率方面,研究组是2.94%,与对照组的20.59%相比更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论垂体瘤患者采取经鼻单孔蝶窦入路内镜下切除术期间,通过开展围术期护理方案,不仅可以改善患者日常生活质量,降低并发症发生率,同时有助于保证良好的护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing in endoscopic pituitary adenoma resection via single-orifice transsphenoidal approach.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,68 patients with pituitary adenoma underwent endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal approach.According to the admission time,they were divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing program,while the research group received perioperative nursing program.The quality of life,incidence of complications and nursing quality of each group were counted.Results The scores of physiological function,physiological function,social function,emotional function,physical pain,mental health,vitality and overall health in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of communication status,nursing level,nursing quality and service attitude in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of the rate,the study group was 2.94%,which was lower than that of the control group(20.59%,P<0.05).Conclusion During endoscopic transnasal sphenoidal approach resection of pituitary adenoma,perioperative nursing program can not only improve the quality of daily life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,but also help to ensure good nursing quality.
