运动康复护理路径在慢性心功能不全患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究运动康复护理路径在慢性心功能不全患者中的应用效果。方法按照随机数字表法,将我院收集到的50例慢性心功能不全患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者实行常规护理,而观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上加以实行运动康复护理,观察两组患者收缩压、心率、左室射血分数、6 min步行距离以及患者护理满意度情况,并对比临床应用效果。结果两组患者护理后的心率和收缩压均明显下降,但与对照组相比,观察组下降幅度更高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者左室射血分数显著高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者护理后6 min步行距离明显多于护理前,且观察组6 min步行距离显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率92.00%显著高于对照组68.00%,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性心功能不全患者,应用运动康复护理路径效果极佳,在提高患者左室射血分数、增加6 min步行距离以及改善血压和心率方面具有积极作用,同时有助于提升患者护理满意度。值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of sports rehabilitation nursing pathway in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods According to the random number table method,50 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency collected in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing while patients in the observation group received exercise rehabilitation nursing based on routine nursing.Systolic blood pressure,heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction,6-minute walking distance and patients’nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups,and the clinical application effects were compared.Results The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the two groups of patients decreased significantly after nursing,but compared with the control group,the observation group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The 6-minute walking distance of the patients in the two groups after nursing was significantly more than that before nursing,and the 6-minute walking distance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 92.00%significantly higher than 68.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency,the application of sports rehabilitation nursing path has excellent effect,which plays a positive role in improving patients’left ventricular ejection fraction,increasing 6-minute walking distance,improving blood pressure and heart rate,and helps to improve patients’nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
