摘 要:目的探讨云南傣族2型糖尿病APOE基因多态性的相关性。方法云南地区傣族575例,其中2型糖尿病283例,非糖尿病对照292例;云南地区汉族2型糖尿病259例,应用PCR-RFLP方法检测外周血APOE基因多态性。结果2型糖尿病傣族APOE基因型E3/4、E2/2、E3/3及E4/4的频率分布分别为1.4%、3.8%、88.0%、6.8%;汉族2型糖尿病为2.8%、7.4%、89.4%、0.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。傣族与汉族2型糖尿病等位基因频率分布有统计学差异(P<0.01)。傣族糖尿病APOE基因型E2/2患者的收缩压和血尿酸水平明显低于其它基因型患者(P<0.01),汉族糖尿病APOE基因型E2/2者其收缩压(P<0.01)、舒张压(P<0.05)水平低于其它基因型。结论云南汉族和傣族人群中APOE基因多态性存在种族差异,APOE基因多态性与云南傣族2型糖尿病的血压和血尿酸有一定关系,与汉族2型糖尿病的血压有相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between APOE gene polymorphisms and type 2 diabetes in Yunnan Dai.Mothods We selected 575 cases of the Dai Group in Yunnan Province,including 283 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)and 292 cases of non-diabetic control.We also selected 259 T2DM cases of the Han Group.All cases’gene polymorphism were detected by PCR-RFLP.Re s ults The frequency distribution of APOE genotype E3/4,E2/2,E3/3 and E4/4 in Dai and Han T2DM were 1.4%,3.8%,88.0%,6.8%;2.8%,7.4%,89.4%,0.4%(P<0.01).The Dai and Han allele frequency distribution had statiscally significant difference(P<0.01).The systolic blood pressure and uric acid levels of Dai diabetes were lower than those of other genotypes(P<0.01),while the systolic blood pressure(P<0.01)and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05)levels of Han diabetes were lower than those of other genotypes.Conclus ion There are racial differences between the Han and Dai populations in Yunnan,and the APOE polymorphism is related to the blood pressure and uric acid of type 2 diabetes.
