摘　　要：目的了解2016年至2018年云南省石林彝族自治县居民主要死亡原因及其规律,为制定相关疾病防控策略提供科学依据。方法利用全国死因网络直报系统,导出2016年至2018年石林县居民死亡数据,按国际疾病分类(ICD-10)标准分类,计算粗死亡率、标化死亡率、死因构成比等。结果2016年至2018年石林县共报告死亡例数5166例,粗死亡率为682.19/10万,标化死亡率为587.44/10万,男性死亡率为791.47/10万,女性死亡率为572.10/10万,男性死亡率高于女性;前5位死因依次为脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、伤害;0~55岁人群的死亡率低于55岁以上人群的死亡率;三大类死因中因慢性非传染性疾病死亡的人数有4465例,占总死亡的86.43%,死亡率为589.62/10万。结论慢性非传染性疾病是影响石林县居民健康的主要因素,慢性病的预防和控制是今后需重点解决的问题;起源于围生期的某些情况、先天畸形变形和染色体异常是婴幼儿死亡的主要原因,应加强妇幼保健工作;伤害是青少年的主要死因,应注重青少年的心理健康问题。Objective To understand the main causes and rules of death of residents in Shilin county of Yunnan province from 2016 to 2018,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating disease prevention and control strategies.Me thods The national online direct report system was used to derive the death data of residents in Shilin county from 2016 to 2018.According to the standard classification of ICD-10,the crude death rate,standardized death rate and death composition ratio were calculated.Re s ults From 2016 to 2018,a total of 5166 deaths were reported in Shilin county,with the crude mortality rate of 682.19/100,000,the standardized mortality rate of587.44/100,000,the male mortality rate of 791.47/100,000,and the female mortality rate of 572.10/100000.The male mortality rate was higher than that of the female.The top 5 causes of death were cerebrovascular disease,respiratory disease,malignant tumor,heart disease and injury.The mortality rate for people aged 0-55 is lower than that for people over 55.Among the three major causes of death,4,465 cases were caused by chronic diseases,accounting for 86.43%of the total deaths,with a mortality rate of 589.62 per 100,000.Conclus ions Chronic diseases are the main factors affecting the health of Shilin county residents.Prevention and control 1 of chronic diseases are the key problems to be solved in the future.Some perinatal conditions,congenital malformations and chromosomal abnormalities are the main causes of infant death,Maternal and child health care should be strengthened.Injury is a major cause of death for adolescents and we should be paid to the mental health of them.
