基于NPP-VIIRS夜光遥感的江苏省人口数据空间化研究

摘　　要：以NPP-VIIRS夜间灯光数据和土地覆盖等数据为基础,结合江苏省各县市常住人口统计数据,采用空间回归模型对各市县常住人口进行回归建模,绘制常住人口密度空间分布图,并与以行政区为统计单元的人口密度分布图进行对比,准确获取江苏省内部的人口分布信息。结果表明:1)夜间灯光强度累计值与人口统计数据间相关性为0.78(p<0.01),相关系数高;相较于传统的最小二乘估计方法,空间回归模型模拟效果较好,其中,空间滞后模型较空间误差模型较优。2)相较于传统的人口分布图,基于空间滞后模型绘制的2016年江苏省人口格网化密度分布图能更清晰地反映各市县内人口分布差异,客观性较强且表征规律较为明显。Based on NPP-VIIRS nighttime light data and land cover data,and combined with the resident population statistics of various counties and cities in Jiangsu Province,the spatial regression model was used to build the resident population,accurate access to population distribution information within Jiangsu Province.The resident population density distribution map was drawn based on the spatial regression model which compared with the population density map with administrative area as the statistical unit.The results were showed that a)the correlation between the cumulative value of nighttime light intensity and demographic data is 0.78(p<0.01),and the coefficient is high.Compared with the traditional least squares estimation method,the spatial regression model has better simulation results,and the performance of the spatial lag model is better than the spatial error model;b)Compared with the traditional population distribution map,the population density distribution map of Jiangsu province in 2016 based on the spatial lag model can more clearly reflect the population distribution differences in counties and cities.The spatial distribution of population obtained by spatial lag regression model has strong objectivity and obvious representation rules based on NPP-VIIRS night light data and land cover data.
