摘　　要：建设世界一流大学和一流学科(简称"双一流"),是我国进入高等教育强国行列、提升国际竞争力的战略举措。高校图书馆是高等教育信息资源的重要载体,是"双一流"建设的信息资源保障。文章通过对高校图书馆服务转型升级必要性和面临挑战的分析,从应用新媒体、自建数据库、管理智慧化、馆员专业化四个方面提出高校图书馆实施个性化服务、特色服务、嵌入式服务、专业化服务的转型升级策略,从而实现服务科研教学,增强自身活力,助力"双一流"建设的目的。Building a world-class university and a first-class discipline(referred to as"double first-class")is a strategic measure for China to enter the ranks of a powerful country in higher education and enhance its international competitiveness.University library is an important carrier of information resources of higher education and the guarantee of information resources of"double first class"construction.Based on the analysis of the necessity and challenges of the service transformation and upgrading of university library,this paper puts forward the transformation and upgrading strategies of the implementation of personalized service,characteristic service,embedded service and professional service in University Library from the four aspects of application of new media,self built database,management intelligence and librarian specialization,so as to realize the service of scientific research and teaching,enhance their vitality and help them the purpose of"double first class"construction.
