摘  要:近年来我国对地观测遥感卫星进入高速发展期,为了推出高质量光学遥感产品,QC小组开展了“缩短空间光学遥感器内方位元素测试时间”的QC活动。通过运用调查表法和分层法选择课题和进行现状分析,得出影响内方位元素测试时间的两大症结;采用水平对比法和调查表法分析调查数据,测算、确定小组活动目标;采用头脑风暴法、简易图表法、关联图进行原因分析,确定要因;按照5W1H原则制定对策,并组织实施。通过科学应用QC工具方法,达到了缩短空间光学遥感器内方位元素测试时间的目标,提高了测试效率,充分体现了“高效性、时效性、有效性和先进性”。In recent years,China's earth observation and remote sensing satellites have entered a high-speed development period.In order to launch high-quality remote sensing products,the QC group has carried out the QC activity of“reducing the testing time of interior orientation elements of space optical remote sensing”.Through the use of questionnaire method and layering method to select topics and analyze the current situation,we have known two cruxes that affect the testing time of interior orientation elements;By using horizontal comparison method and adjusting method to analyze the survey data,it determines the group activity objectives;By using brainstorming method,simple chart method,association chart to analyze the causes,it determines the main causes;By formulating countermeasures according to the 5W1H principle,it organizes the implementation.Through the scientific application of QC tools,the goal of reducing the testing time of interior orientation elements of space optical remote sensing is achieved,which improves the testing efficiency and fully embodies the“efficiency,timeliness,effectiveness and advancement”.
