不同宣教时机对缓解剖腹产术后静滴缩宫素致产妇宫缩痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究不同宣教时机对缓解剖腹产术后静滴缩宫素致产妇宫缩痛的效果。方法选择2018年5月—2019年5月我院收治的60例剖腹产术后静滴缩宫素的产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组在非缩宫素补液期间对产妇进行术后宣教工作,观察组在静滴缩宫素期间对产妇进行术后宣教工作。观察并对比2组产妇的疼痛程度、心理状态及其满意度。结果护理后,观察组VAS、SAS以及SDS评分较低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组满意度(70.00%)低于观察组(93.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静滴缩宫素期间对产妇进行术后宣教工作,可降低疼痛感,缓解不良情绪,提高产妇及家属对护理工作的满意度。Objective To study the effects of different education timing in reliving uterine contraction pain caused by intravenous drip of oxytocin after cesarean section.Methods 60 pregnant women with intravenous drip of oxytocin after cesarean section in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected,and they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to random number table.Control group was given postoperative education during no-oxytocin fluid infusion,and observation group was given postoperative education during intravenous drip of oxytocin.The pain degree,mental state and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of VAS,SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);There were 21 satisfied patients in control group and 28 satisfied patients in observation group,and the satisfaction rate of control group(70.00%)was lower than that of observation group(93.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative education during intravenous drip of oxytocin for pregnant women can decrease pain,relieve negative emotion,increase nursing satisfaction of pregnant women and family members.
