摘　　要：阿富汗是古代“丝绸之路”的商贸枢纽,亦是当今“一带一路”沿线的重要成员国,以多民族、多部落、多语言、多方言为显著特点。本文根据阿富汗官方语言的变化情况,分析其语言政策的历史演变,并总结其特点及启示。文章最后指出,要重视国家通用语言的主导地位,有效发挥语言政策对促进国家认同和民族团结的重要作用,加大支持我国与周边国家跨境语言的研究和利用,建立我国安全语言规划,助推“一带一路”倡议的顺利实施。Afghanistan is not only the trade hub of the ancient“Silk Road”,but also an important country along the“Belt and Road Initiative”,characterized by multi-ethnicity,multi-tribe,multilanguage and multi-dialect.This article discusses the historical change and the characteristics of the language policy in Afghanistan as well as the implications to Chinese language planning.It is essential to attach great importance to the dominant position of the national common language in promoting national identity and national unity,and increase support for the research of cross-border languages between China and its neighboring countries.
