摘　　要：目的对IgA肾病患儿主要照顾者灵性-健康状况与希望水平和社会功能的关系进行分析。方法选取2018年1月-12月来医院儿科进行诊治的IgA肾病患儿的主要照顾者200例,根据灵性安适量表调查结果分为高分(55~80分)组41例、中分(26~54分)组58例和低分(0~25分)组101例,采用Herth希望量表和家庭功能评定量表(FAD)评定并比较各组的希望水平和社会功能评分。结果三组希望水平总评分、与他人保持亲密关系评分、对现实和未来积极态度和采取积极行动评分结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且灵性健康水平评分越高,其希望水平也越高;对三组患儿主要照顾者进行社会功能分析显示,三组的社会功能、沟通、角色、问题解决、行为控制、情感介入以及情感反应的评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于因IgA肾病住院的患儿来说,主要照顾者灵性-健康状况与其希望水平和社会功能有关,在一定程度上有助于提高其希望水平并增强其社会功能。Objective To analyze the relationship between spiritual-health status and hope level or social function of primary caregivers of children with IgA nephropathy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,a total of 200 primary caregivers of children with IgA nephropathy in our pediatric departmentwho were selected.According to the results of spiritual well-being scale survey,they were divided into high score with 41 people(55~80 points),middle score with 58 people(26~54 points)and low score with 101 people(0~25 points)groups.Herth Hope Scale and Family Assessment Device(FAD)was used to assess and compare the level of hope and social function scores of each group.Results There were significant differences in the total score of hope level,the score of maintaining intimate relationship with others,the score of positive attitude towards reality and future,and the score of taking positive action among the three groups(P<0.05).Hope level increases with the increase of spiritual health score.The social function score of the three groups of children’s main caregivers was given.The analysis showed that the scores of social function,communication,role,problem solving,behavior control,emotional intervention and emotional response of the three groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion In hospitals,for children hospitalized for IgA nephropathy,the primary caregiver’s spiritualhealth status is related to their level of hope and social function,which helps to improve their level of hope and enhance their social function to a certain extent.
