摘　　要：目的探究健脾生血颗粒用于孕期缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法选择我院2017年4月-2019年4月的87例孕期缺铁性贫血患者为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组44例,对照组43例。观察组患者接受口服健脾生血颗粒,对照组患者接受口服琥珀酸亚铁薄膜衣片治疗。测定治疗前及治疗后15天和30天时,所有患者的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞比容(HCT)和血清铁的浓度。结果治疗后,观察组患者的Hb、RBC、HCT和血清铁浓度都显著改善(P<0.05),同时未观察到不良反应。结论健脾生血颗粒治疗孕期缺铁性贫血的安全有效、效果确切。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Shengxue Granule on iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods 87 patients with iron deficiency anemia pregnancy in our hospital were selected as the subjects of observation during April 2017 and April 2019,and were randomly divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(43 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with Jianpi Shengxue Granule,while patients in the control group were treated with ferrous succinate film-coated tablets.Before the treatment and 15 d,30 d after the treatment,measured the level of Hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),hematocrit(HCT)and serum iron.Results After treatment,the level of Hb,RBC,HCT and serum iron of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and no adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue Granule is safe and effective in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.
